Puka-shell necklaces, gaucho pants, and frosted tips — these are all things that should have been left in the ’90s. But perhaps the biggest fashion crime of that era? Tribal tattoos.
These stencil-like designs were everywhere in the ’90s and early 2000s, especially among white young men who wanted to show off their rebellious streak while drinking Newport and Select 55 on the boardwalk. They were also quite popular among nu-metal fans and Juggalos.
In a recent photo shared by Ginger Gaetz, wife of Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, the controversial congresswoman is seen posing in a bikini on the beach with her huge tribal tattoo, which completely covers the right side of her body and part of her stomach.
From Editors’ Picks, Lauren Boebert’s mom: “God protect them so they can’t lose.” Lauren Boebert wore fake Trump sneakers and kissed a ring after winning the Colorado primary. She was caught driving 19 mph faster than normal, and failed to pay the ticket on time.
Ginger captioned the photo, “We love confident, healthy and patriotic women like Lauren,” and also added a bikini emoji. And indeed, Boebert looks pretty hot. According to the Daily Mail, Ginger and Boebert also recently hosted a “Hot Girl Summer” happy hour with the D.C. Young Republicans Club.
One said, “I’m not surprised she has the ugliest white trash tribal tattoo I’ve ever seen on a woman.”
Some people even said the photo went against their Christian beliefs, with one writing, “Put on some nice clothes, you’re married and you have a husband. By doing this you’re making fun of God and the sanctity of marriage.” (Sad to report, but Boebert is now divorced.)
Ginger’s series of GOP-woman thirst traps was inspired by Trump-supporting Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida. On August 14, a video of Luna wearing a MAGA swimsuit resurfaced, to which Luna responded on X: “I confirm that I am in fact wearing a swimsuit and you can tell I am biologically a woman.
